This two-storey facility replaces the Trust’s previous leased space and provides amodern, sustainable workplace that reflects its long-term commitment to the community. It serves as a regional hub to connect local residents and partners with Trust programs.

The building is very eco-friendly; featuring 38 high-efficiency 450-watt solar panels and incorporates significant volumes ofwood products throughout the structure, canopy and exterior. The space alsomeets BC Building Code accessibility standards, including wheelchair-accessibleparking, sidewalks with curb let-downs, and automatic door openers. When complete, the landscaping will feature FireSmart and drought-tolerant plants tominimize water use.
