This renovation project gave us the opportunity to improve building access with a new entry stair designed to double as gathering space. A canopy addition provides coverage over the walkway and landing, creating a more inviting entrance sequence. Strategically placed new windows improved the building's energy performance while modernizing the exterior for a more welcoming, contemporary presence.
